“You’re a loud and rowdy and thirsty bunch aren’t you?” Dickinson told the crowd before kicking into the rarely-heard classic Piece Of Mind track “Revelations.” “Tonight is the end of three years of this Maiden England tour. This is it! We’ve had three years of trying get it right! If we don’t know it by now we never will. tonight then we never will. The last time I sang this one was at Canterbury Cathedral with Jethro Tull of all people. It was charity to fix the church roof. That was slightly more sedate affair, but this one we’re giving it the full bollocks. That’s a technical term.”
